Last winter I took off my coat in approximately 20° weather to model for a red headed photographer whose website I cannot find. Thank goodness spring has sprung. And thank goodness I am no longer in Michigan!

Your travels sound so exciting! I am officially jealous...I love travel and wish it were not so expensive. I am very excited to see photos of all the wonderful things you see on your new adventure!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a great photo of you! I admire your style greatly...Anya's website has awoken a hat love in me I didn't know I had, and now I am puzzled as to how I can add it to my daily style. I think it's wonderful to see you combining the elegance of hats with everyday outfits! We must bring hats back into common fashion!!
Thanks so much for the comment on my blog, I'm glad you enjoyed the picture...she definitely reminds me of a lush opening flower too! As for my manuscript, I have a lifelong love affair with fairytales and fantasy writing. I grew up reading the Narnia Chronicles and The Lord of the Rings, and I have been making notes in my journals for years about the incredibly vivid recurring dreams I often have at night...to me they are each the germ of a fantasy story. So I am almost finished writing the first book in a trilogy based on a flying dream I've had since I was little. Hopefully some day it will be published!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Hope Ava

Great picture! Big thanks to the red headed photographer for braving the cold!
ReplyDeleteHello friend, that photo is so pretty! Wow does it seem cold though! I love how you titled it "house of sticks," it really is an interesting spot in the snow. I love that hat, it looks so amazing on you!
